Wilson 2026 Staff Model Irons

Wilson Golf has revealed its 2026 Staff Model iron lineup, headlined by the Staff Model Blade, the newly refined Staff Model CB, and the all-new Staff Model XB.

Forged from premium 8620 carbon steel, the Staff Model irons are engineered to deliver exceptional workability and pure, immediate feedback at impact. A precision-milled face and optimised scoreline pattern promote longer ball-to-face contact, helping produce more consistent spin and enhanced stopping power. Fluid Feel Technology further refines performance by redistributing mass toward the centre of the face, while a meticulously positioned centre of gravity elevates control, feel and overall playability across the range.

Staff Model XB

The all-new Staff Model XB is a players-performance iron featuring a forged hollow-body design that boosts face flex for faster ball speeds, while delivering high MOI and precisely positioned CG. Minimal offset and a thin topline maintain a clean, tour-inspired look at address.

Urethane filling inside the hollow head dampens vibrations for a crisp, solid sound and feel, with a hidden vent port beneath the shield medallion preserving a seamless appearance. Advanced simulations and topology optimisation guided the design, combining engineered rib supports, a parabolic mass pad and tungsten weighting to maximise energy transfer, forgiveness and consistency across the entire face.

Staff Model Blade

Designed for elite ball strikers, the Staff Model Blade remains the flagship of the Wilson iron lineup and a trusted choice on Tour. The 2026 model features refined, modern shaping for enhanced control, including a variable hosel length for improved mass distribution and seamless blending with the CB and XB.

A shorter blade length and reduced offset create a more compact profile, minimising area beyond the scorelines for a clean, modern, tour-inspired look at address.

Staff Model CB

The Staff Model CB features a modern cavity-back design that blends forgiveness with pure feel, shaped closely to the Staff Model Blade with direct input from Tour professionals. Refinements for 2026 include a shorter head, softened edges and a matching hosel length to deliver a clean, tour-refined profile.

Reduced offset, a straighter and narrower sole, and an improved hosel-to-face transition enhance turf interaction and control, while a slightly longer blade length and thinner topline provide subtle forgiveness without sacrificing classic, confidence-inspiring looks.
