How will I know if I've won?

Can I swap the prize for cash?

No. The prize is non-transferable and can't be exchanged for cash.

What if I don't claim the prize?

If the prize isn't claimed within 14 days, it's forfeited and an unclaimed prize redraw is held on 18 February 2027.

By entering, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions and accept the Promoter's decisions.

7. Campaign Period

Entries will be accepted from 12:00am AEST, November 1st, 2026, to 11:59pm AEST, January 31, 2027. All entries must be received by the closing time.

8. How to Enter

Submit an entry via the online form at https://oncoursegolf.com.au/simulator-giveaway-2026, fulfilling all requirements, including submitting an email address.

9. Winner Selection and Notification

The prize draw will take place at the Promoter's premises, Omnico Business Centre, Monash Suite 1, Building 26, 270 Ferntree Gully Road, Notting Hill VIC 3168, on 2 February 2027 at 11:00am AEDT.

The winner will be selected by random electronic draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.

The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone within two (2) business days of the draw. The winner's surname, first initial and postcode will be published on the Promoter's website on or before 4 February 2027.

The winner must claim their prize within 14 days of being notified. To claim the prize, the winner must respond to the Promoter and provide any information reasonably required to verify eligibility and facilitate prize delivery.

10. Prize Details

The prize is a GOLFJOY P8 simulator package valued at $13,000 INC GST. The prize is non-transferable, with no substitutions or cash equivalent allowed. Winners must accept the prize as specified.

11. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Each entry has an equal chance of winning.

12. Winner Verification and Unclaimed Prize Draw

If the winner is found to be ineligible, cannot be contacted despite reasonable efforts by the Promoter, or does not claim the prize within the required 14-day claim period, the prize will be forfeited and an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted.

The unclaimed prize draw will take place at the Promoter's premises, Omnico Business Centre, Monash Suite 1, Building 26, 270 Ferntree Gully Road, Notting Hill VIC 3168, on 18 February 2027 at 11:00am AEDT.

The redraw winner will be selected by random electronic draw from the remaining eligible entries. The redraw winner will be notified by email and/or telephone within two (2) business days of the redraw and their surname, first initial and postcode will be published on the Promoter's website within two (2) business days of the redraw.

The redraw winner must comply with all applicable laws and these Terms and Conditions in order to receive the prize.

13. Rights Granted by You

By entering, you grant On Course Golf the right to use your name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

By entering this promotion, you agree to join our email marketing database. You will receive promotional emails and updates related to our products, services, and offers. You can unsubscribe from our database at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any of our emails.

15. Modification, Suspension or Cancellation

If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, government restrictions, pandemic-related disruptions, acts of God, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, the Promoter reserves the right, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority and applicable State and Territory laws, to:

a) disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process;
b) modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate; and/or
c) recommence the promotion from the start on the same terms and conditions or amended terms and conditions, subject to regulatory approval where required.

Any cancellation, suspension or material modification of the promotion will be communicated via the Promoter's website and any other method required by applicable legislation.

A current residential address is required for prize delivery. While On Course Golf will make reasonable efforts to deliver the prize, they cannot guarantee successful delivery.
