COBRA Introduces the KING TEC Mini Driver.

Big distance. Tour-level control. Ultimate versatility.

COBRA Golf has officially unveiled the KING TEC Mini Driver, a compact, powerful new option designed for golfers who want more control off the tee without giving up distance, and the versatility to attack par 5s from the fairway.

Sitting perfectly between a driver and a fairway wood, the KING TEC Mini Driver blends modern technology with a classic, workable shape to deliver confidence where it matters most.

Why a Mini Driver?

Mini drivers have become increasingly popular on Tour over the past year, and for good reason. The smaller head, shorter shaft and higher loft make them easier to swing, easier to control, and more forgiving than a traditional 460cc driver for many golfers.

As Dan Ladd, President of Cobra Golf, explains:

“We think there are a lot of recreational players who can benefit from the combination of distance and accuracy mini-drivers provide, especially with the addition of Cobra’s industry-leading technologies and fitting capabilities.”

Compact Shape. Big Performance.

The KING TEC Mini Driver features a 303cc clubhead, 13.5° of loft, and a shorter 43.75” shaft (fairway-wood length). The result?

  • Increased accuracy off the tee

  • Easier launch from the fairway

  • More confidence on tight driving holes

It’s an ideal choice for players who:

  • Struggle with consistency using a full-size driver

  • Prefer a more controlled tee option

  • Want a true “go-for-it” club on long par 5s
