The promoter is On Course Golf Pty Ltd ABN 80 007 021 598, located at:
Omnico Business Centre Monash
Suite 1, Building 26, 270 Ferntree Gully Road, Notting Hill VIC 3168 (“Promoter”).
Promotion Period
The promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on Monday, 25 August 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on Thursday, 4 September 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 16 years or over. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
How to Enter
No purchase is necessary to enter this promotion. To enter, eligible participants must:

Complete the entry form with their full name, email address, and phone number.
Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.
Prize Details
There is one (1) prize to be won, comprising the Ultimate Sports Lover Pack, with a total prize pool value of $698.65 AUD (including GST):

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
Winner Selection
The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries on Friday, 5 September 2025 at the Promoter’s office.
The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within two (2) business days, and their name may be published on the Promoter’s website: oncoursegolf.com.au.
If the prize is not claimed within 14 days, a redraw will take place on Friday, 19 September 2025 at the same location.
Conditions of Entry
Incomplete, illegible or non-compliant entries will be deemed invalid.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Proof of identity, age and residency may be required to claim the prize.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury (including indirect or consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion or the prize.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Privacy
By entering this promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information (including full name, email address and phone number) for the purposes of administering the promotion, contacting the winner, and—where consent is provided—for future marketing communications from On Course Golf.
Entrants also agree to receive marketing communications from Wilson (Amer Sports), the sponsor of the prize.

This is a trade promotion and no permit is required under current regulations for ACT, SA or NT, as the total prize value is under the required threshold.
