1. Terms of Use
1.1 By accessing or using On Course Golf’s online store, you consent to the processing of information as described therein and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate and you are bound to the terms and conditions each time you use the site. We may change these terms at any time which will be reflected on the website.
1.2 Before using this site you must read and accept these Terms and Conditions and the On Course Golf Privacy Policy. You agree to both the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy each time you use the site.
1.3 Definitions
‘We’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ means On Course Golf and all associated Pro Shops
‘You’, ‘your’ means you as a user of this site
‘Users’ means anyone using the site, buyer or seller
‘Site’ means the domain site oncoursegolf.com.au
‘Product’ means a good or service advertised & sold by a seller on the site
‘Party’ means any Seller, Buyer, Private Seller
‘Seller’ means the Pro Shop that you place your order with
2. Shipping & Delivery

3. Click & Collect
3.1 Click & Collect is available through our Pro Shops, it allows you to purchase a product online and collect the purchase from your nominated Pro Shop. The service is only available from the Pro Shop from which you purchased the Product, and for Products that feature the ‘Click & Collect’ icon. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct details of the Pro Shop and that you have correctly entered all order details (including your contact details). You will be notified by the Pro Shop within approximately 24 to 48 hours (or 1 to 2 Business Days) after having placed the order as to when the Product is ready for collection. You must present current photo identification, original payment method and a payment receipt for the purchase to collect ‘Click & Collect’ purchases from the Pro Shop
4. Orders
4.1 You are responsible for any orders placed on your account
4.2 By placing an order you are entering an agreement to purchase the product from the seller. Orders will be received by On Course Golf and you will receive an order confirmation to your nominated email address. It is your responsibility to ensure the correct email address, your contact details and your delivery address are entered with your order.
4.3 On Course Golf will not be liable to you or any third party for any loss suffered as a result of, or in connection with, a delay or failure to process & deliver your order due to inaccurate/incomplete details provided by you in your order.
4.4 If you place consecutive or separate orders, the orders cannot be consolidated. If applicable each order will have a separate delivery fee.
4.5 Any products you purchased can only be returned in accordance with these Terms and the Returns Policy forms part of these Terms.
4.6 Products may sometimes be out of stock or unavailable and we may not be able to fulfil all or part of your order. If the order is processed and stock becomes unavailable we will refund you the price paid for the products impacted.
4.7 On Course Golf uses automated fraud detection software that may result in your order being delayed or cancelled. When your order is flagged for fraud detection, we will make enquiries into any potential fraud. We reserve the right to subsequently reject and refund your order at our absolute discretion where fraud is suspected.
4.8 Your order may be rejected in circumstances where we believe there may be a credit card or payment related fraud (detected prior to the goods being shipped), or where your order cannot be shipped, or if there has been an error in the price or product description on the Website. In these circumstances the order will refunded in full.
4.9 We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information without prior notice. We reserve the right to not fulfil any orders that you placed based on information on the Site that contain errors or inaccuracies, including without limitations pricing, product descriptions, images, policies, payment term errors.
4.10 The products, prices, and promotions offered on the Site may not be the same as those in the seller's retail stores
4.11 On Course Golf may offer promotional discount or coupon codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, orders or products on the Site. All codes must be applied, if relevant, prior to submitting your order. Other conditions of use will be specified on the Site or at the time of issue.
4.12 You acknowledge and agree that:
a. any accessory featured with the products may be for illustrative purposes only, and may be sold separately; and
b. where we provide dimensions and measurements in the description of a product, the dimensions may vary slightly in real life and are approximates. It is your responsibility to ensure that the actual approximate size of each product is suitable for your purpose prior to submitting your order (including whether there is appropriate and safe access to your Delivery Address for delivery of the product).
4.15 We reserve the right to change or alter Prices without notice to you. If you have already submitted an order at a particular Price, we will supply your ordered products at that Price (unless your order is affected by a pricing error).
4.16 All Fees listed on the Site are inclusive of GST and incur Merchant fees.
4.17 Online prices may differ to in-store prices.
4.18 You have read and understood these terms and conditions and the returns policy.
3. Click & Collect
5.1 All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
5.2 On Course Golf is not a party to any contract between a buyer & seller on the site.
5.3 Each order placed on the site is a separate contract each on these terms and conditions between you and the seller.
