i240 Irons
Tour-inspired iron provides added forgiveness with the control, look and feel that will appeal to a wide range of skill levels. A lower CG in PING’s highest-launching players ' style model gives you more distance and control with the ability to consistently stop the ball close to the hole. The new badge and insert save weight to expand the perimeter weighting and increase the MOI, most notably in the long and mid irons.
Forgiveness With Feel
A lighter badge and elastomer insert improve feel and save weight that is re-allocated to increase the MOI for game-improvement forgiveness.
More Distance, Higher Launch
Weight savings allowed PING engineers to lower the CG for more distance, control and higher launch.
True Cavity-Back Design
A more traditional cavity design signifies the perimeter-weighting benefits of the iron, most notably in the long and mid irons, while maintaining a clean, players-style look.
Player Preferred
Its appealing size and shape with a shorter blade length and thin topline help ensure distance and trajectory control with max height.
Tour-Proven Grooves
Fewer and wider grooves impart more spin from the fairway, an important distinction for players who hone their game on consistency and predictability.
Smooth Turf Interaction
The sole design is similar to previous designs, with a rounded lead edge and ample bounce for clean and solid strikes. High-density toe screw and shaft tip weights are used to fine-tune swing weight.

iDi Driving Iron
The iDi advances driving- and long-iron performance with improved sound and feel while giving better golfers three lofts to fit their precise trajectory windows. A pocket of air in the clubhead we call inR-Air technology is a new innovation that attenuates frequencies for a more satisfying impact experience. Lofts are optimised for launch and spin with a forged face that flexes to increase ball speed.
inR-Air Improves Sound And Feel
This patent-pending technology relies on an air pocket placed behind the face to attenuate any undesirable frequencies at impact, improving sound and feel.
Metal-Wood-Like Construction
The integrated i-Beam technology inside the stainless steel body adds structural support and helps reduce vibration, contributing to the improved sound and feel.
Lower CG, Higher MOI
Weight savings from the covered cavity help optimize the CG position and increase MOI. The lower CG and the thin, maraging steel face are sources of the increased ball speed and distance.
3 Lofts For Versatility
The 2 (17°) is a traditional driving iron (low launch, spin), the 20° 3 iron (mid launch, spin) can be a driving iron or long-iron replacement. The 4 (23°) launches higher with more spin, making it easier to hold greens.
Easier To Turn Over
iDi is shorter heel-to-toe with minimal offset for more control. To aid in shot making, each iDi is shorter and 1° flatter than the previous generation.
Smooth Through Turf
To improve turf interaction, the iDi is engineered with a rounded lead edge, and increased sole camber. High-density toe and shaft tip weights allow for fine-tuning swing weight.
