Terms and Conditions of Entry

General Information
By entering this competition, you accept these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions govern the competition, and in case of any conflict, these Terms and Conditions prevail.
Who can enter
Entry is open to all residents of Australia who meet the entry requirements ('Eligible Entrants'). Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, associated agencies, contractors, or suppliers are not eligible. "Immediate family" includes spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child, stepchild, parent, stepparent, grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister, or first cousin.
Underage entrants
Entrants under 18 must obtain permission from a legal parent or guardian to enter. The guardian may need to verify their consent, and the entrant may be required to provide additional documentation.

Eligibility
This competition is open only to Australian residents who sign up at https://oncoursegolf.com.au/giftmas-2024. Employees of On Course Golf and their immediate families are not eligible. The competition is governed by applicable Australian federal, state, and local laws.
Agreement to Rules
By entering, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions and accept the Promoter's decisions.
Campaign Period
Entries will be accepted from 12:00am AEST, December 9, 2024, to 11:59pm AEST, December 9, 2024. All entries must be received by the closing time.
How to Enter
Submit an entry via the online form at https://oncoursegolf.com.au/giftmas-2024, fulfilling all requirements, including submitting an email address and following On Course Golf on social media. You may enter once per day.
Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected by random draw at the Promoter's premises on December 10, 2024, at 11:00 AM. Winners will be notified by email within 2 days of the draw. Winners' last name, initial, and postcode will be published on the website by December 23, 2024.
Prize Details
The prize is a Bushnell Wingman Mini GPS Speaker valued at $179 AUD (including GST). The prize is non-transferable, with no substitutions or cash equivalent allowed. Winners must accept the prize as specified.
Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Each entry has an equal chance of winning.
Winner Requirements
If a winner cannot be contacted or is ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and a new winner drawn. The winner must comply with all federal, state, and local laws.
Rights Granted by You
By entering, you grant On Course Golf the right to use your name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

By entering this promotion, you agree to join our email marketing database. You will receive promotional emails and updates related to our products, services, and offers. You can unsubscribe from our database at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any of our emails.

Additionally, by entering, you consent to your information being shared with our sponsoring partners, who may also send you marketing communications. You may unsubscribe from their communications directly via their provided unsubscribe options.

Modification or Cancellation
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the campaign in the event of technical issues or fraud.
Integrity of Campaign
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify anyone attempting to tamper with the entry process or use fraudulent means to enter.
Limitation of Liability
By entering, you release On Course Golf from liability arising from participation in the campaign or the use of the prize.
Disputes
Any disputes arising from this campaign will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Privacy Policy

Social Media Disclaimer
This campaign is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook or Instagram.
Prize Substitution
If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable laws.
Prize Delivery
A current residential address is required for prize delivery. While On Course Golf will make reasonable efforts to deliver the prize, they cannot guarantee successful delivery.
